Today, we’re sharing insights from preeminent executive-life coach Richard Leider. Richard is widely recognized for his work helping 100,000 leaders discover the power of purpose. We hope that this post, the third in our three-part series, will give you some valuable food for thought as you think about how you want to grow this year. These are the very gifts that equip us to solve the most pressing challenges that we face leading teams in an increasingly complex business environment.
