We take pride in carefully selecting and recognizing an executive who has demonstrated a deep commitment to advancing women leaders in her/his organization and goes above and beyond her or his role to make a difference.
Over the years, we’ve honored remarkable leaders like last year’s recipient, Jayne Parker, who, as Disney’s first Chief Diversity Officer, pioneered formal efforts focused on benefiting women across the organization and improving opportunities for all employees. Other past recipients include Marie Andel of CSAA Insurance Group, who played an instrumental role in developing an award-winning, company-wide diversity program and George Borst, former President and CEO of Toyota Financial Services, who led diversity and inclusion efforts during his tenure.
