One-on-One Executive Coaching

Coaching at GILDAchieve transformation by addressing your leadership strengths and developmental opportunities with an action plan for behavior change. Directed by individual results from the 360° Leadership Assessment Instrument™, you will personally select and work one-on-one with an executive coach from GILD’s faculty of experienced professional coaches.

The coaching process includes two, one-hour private coaching sessions during the five-day program followed by a third tele-coaching appointment 4–6 weeks afterwards. Through these sessions, your coach will become a valuable resource in interpreting assessment results, crafting your Individual Development Plan, and monitoring progress on your goals for the year.
