How do you “form” a leader?

But as you’ll see Mark explain in this short video, there’s a big difference between leadership “development” and leadership “formation.”

Leadership development helps leaders improve their “skills”—to do things right.

While the best leaders, the leaders who have been “formed,” do more than just do things right—they do the right things.

Are you “developing” leaders for shortsighted goals or “forming” them for the long term?
