Linda Hill Thought Leader Series

In this short clip, Harvard Professor Linda Hill explains how great leaders create innovative organizations by adopting a new way of thinking that consists less than in years past on setting the vision alone, and more on influencing their people to ever-higher levels of productivity and results.

Linda Hill is the Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School.  She is the author of Becoming a Manager: How New Managers Master the Challenges of Leadership and Being the Boss and has authored or co-authored numerous Harvard Business Review articles. Professor Hill will join us on June 28 at 11:00 AM ET for a 90-minute broadcast and interactive Q&A session on the Three Imperatives for Becoming a Great Leader.

  1. Ms Hill’s insight on how leaders need to tap in to the collective genius of each individual is key to building better organizations and companies. many management level leaders often miss this opportunity and continue the practice of micro managing their employees which in many cases stifles the creativity and genuis within their organization. for a barely 2minute sound byte she said a lot. Bravo Ms Hill
