Leadership lessons from Santa

By Bill Springer on December 23, 2014

The Christmas-inspired tips recently published on www.trendhunter.com including preaching selflessness, invoking reciprocity, inspiring colleagues, getting everyone on the same page, leading with the why, challenging everyone, focusing on outcomes, and informing and educating are actually pretty good.

In the meantime, we’ll be taking a few days to celebrate the holidays with our families. Thank you for reading and we look forward to returning with new posts after Christmas.
