Every year, Linkage’s Executive Advocate for Women in Leadership Award is presented to an executive who goes above and beyond his or her job description to support and advance the women leaders in their organization. Past winners include Marie Andel of CSAA Insurance Group for the instrumental role she played in increasing female representation in top executive positions, as well as building an award-winning, company-wide diversity program. Since the vision and spirit of the award is to recognize executives who have demonstrated a deep commitment to advancing women leaders, we strongly encourage the nomination of both men and women for the award. George Borst, former President and CEO of Toyota Financial Services has also been honored for his efforts to advance women leaders.

Our winner will be announced in early September, and the award will be presented at Linkage’s 2015 Women in Leadership Institute™ in Phoenix, AZ on November 4, 2015.
